Our Giant American Flag Presentation prices include the rental fee, round-trip shipping, travel expenses (except hotel), and on-site supervision. Our prices do not include hotel rooms (Marriott or similar) or the acquisition of the volunteers who hold the flag. Three managers and three hotel rooms are required for our 300′ flags, and one manager and one hotel room are required for all other flags. In most cases, two hotel nights are required.
